How Long does it take to charge the Enkl Sond ES1
Enkl Sound ES1 uses Fast charging. Kindly expect approximately 1½ hours. When charging, the speaker can play 50-70% of max volume.

No, this is not a product that can be customized.
Is the Enkl Speaker water resistant
The ES1 has IP65 coating for the electronics and the cabinet is water resistant and i splash proof. However, be aware that the bass port is open and that the woofers and tweeters should not get in contact with water.

Why does volume level on my phone and on LEDs not correspond?
On the control panel, we have 9 LEDs. When turning up and down the volume, the LEDs will move accordingly. Most phones have 16 levels. Therefore, one click on the volume on the phone does not correspond to one click on the speaker. Also, the volume levels are not linear and we have more levels on low volume and less on high volume. This is to prevent the volume to shift too drastically when listening at lower volume.
Why is volume turning down automatically?
When charging the ES1 speaker it can play at 50-70% of the volume. It will automatically turn down the volume if it gets above the 50-70%. Thus is due to the speaker charging and de-charging of the battery at the same time. Just like many other battery powered speakers.
