Prices and payment

Prices appear in the selected currency. For EU consumers, they include VAT and applicable taxes. The total price, shipping and available payment methods appear before you complete your purchase. Any instalment terms appear when you select the payment provider.

Deliveries outside the EU may incur local import taxes, customs duties and handling fees. These are not included unless expressly stated at purchase.

Product information

Product features and included accessories appear on the product page. The information at the time of ordering forms part of your purchase agreement. Later specification changes do not alter an existing purchase.

Delivery

We offer free standard delivery within the EU. Other shipping charges and delivery options appear at checkout. Goods are dispatched from Denmark. Expected delivery times appear when ordering and depend on the destination and stock availability.

We will contact you about delays. We remain responsible for transport until you or a person you nominate receives the goods. Contact us if the package or product is damaged. Failing to report damage at the moment of delivery does not remove your rights.

60-day satisfaction guarantee and withdrawal

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on goods bought from our online store. Clearly notify us within 60 days of receiving the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. This guarantee does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights.

Email contact@enklsound.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is optional. Simply failing to collect or accept the package is not sufficient notice.

Returning goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. Contact us for practical return instructions. Return address: Enkl Sound Copenhagen ApS, Fruebjergvej 3, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. You normally pay return postage unless agreed or promised otherwise at purchase. For a valid defect claim, we cover necessary, reasonable transport costs.

You may return one or more items from an order. Pack securely, include the accessories and retain proof of dispatch. Original packaging is recommended but is not a condition of statutory withdrawal. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

Condition of the goods

You may examine goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that examination. Any deduction must reflect the actual loss in value. Your mandatory rights always apply.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. When you withdraw from the entire purchase, we also refund our least expensive standard delivery charge. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a different method without fees.

Defects and warranty

Danish consumers have a two-year statutory right to claim for defects under Danish sales law. Enkl Sound’s stated two-year product warranty supplements and does not limit statutory rights. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence continues to apply.

Contact contact@enklsound.com with your order number and a description of the fault. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering it; for Danish consumers, notification within two months is always timely. For a valid claim, we provide remedies under applicable law, such as repair or replacement and, where the conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.

Pack the item securely and contact us about return shipping. Missing original packaging does not remove your statutory rights.

Complaints

Contact contact@enklsound.com first. If we cannot resolve the matter, eligible complaints may be submitted to the Danish consumer complaints bodies via Nævnenes Hus. Consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their local European Consumer Centre. These terms do not limit access to competent courts.
