Persons under the age of 18 who wish to order goods must have the consent of their parents / guardians.
All prices are in local currency or Euros, both incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices. Payments must be made in the correct currency.
VAT-free sales abroard
If the delivery address is for a country outside the EU, VAT is automatically deducted before the goods are sent. Contact if necessary firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.

We offer free shipping for the EU member states. Shipping to other of the above countries will be subject to additional shipping costs. The shipping costs are stated in the webshop on the day of ordering and on the order confirmation.
Shipping of goods in stock is 4-6 business days from receipt of payment. Delivery is shortly after shipping and is dependent on country. For goods not in stock or in the event of unusual order peaks, longer delivery times may occur, and we reserve the right to extent delivery time with 3 weeks from receipt of payment. The customer will get an email notice.
The shipping amount includes an insurance, which covers loss and any damage to the product during transport from us to you. We strongly recommend that you examine the package when you receive it. If there is visible damage upon receipt of the item, please check immediately if the item has suffered visible damage (in which case, please refuse to receive the item if it is delivered via a carrier).
If there is any other damage to the product after unpacking, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will then take care of the further proceedings so that you can have your new product exchanged without unnecessary waiting time.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a no questions asked 30 -day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If your order consists of more than one item shipped in more packages, the withdrawal period expires 30 days, after the day the first package was in your physical possession.
You must notify us within the 30 days of receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given to email@example.com. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
You must return the product to us without undue delay, and no later than 7 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive a complete refund, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased under one order.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Remember to enclose all accessories and preferably in original packaging.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, Enkl Sound Copenhagen ApS will refund the amount you paid. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs without undue delay and under all circumstances within 14 days from the date we did receive the item send back. We will make such a refund using bank transfer or the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent as cash on delivery. All packages returned must be agreed in advance between you and us.
Complaints and Warranty
The Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods, and you have a 2-year warranty.
Within the warranty period, you will either have the item repaired or exchanged, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
If you unexpectedly receive a wrong or defective item, we will rectify the error by sending you the correct / new item as soon as possible when we have received the incorrect / defective item back.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) delivery costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your delivery costs.

If you want to complain about your purchase on www.enklsound.com, please write firstname.lastname@example.org. If we fail in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
